1. Delivery address: In order to ensure safe and accurate logistics services, please fill in a valid and as detailed a delivery address as possible. This address cannot be used to provide payment details.
2. Delivery time: The delivery time is provided by OursPets's courier service provider. The general delivery time is 5-12 days starting from the next day after payment. If you need a shorter delivery time, please contact AiHiwvol before payment to get a separate arrangement and upgraded courier service.
3. Packaging: All products will be delivered in safe and environmentally friendly packaging.
4. About import taxes and surcharges: Since different countries/regions charge different import taxes and fees, please know your country's tariff fees and customs clearance policies in advance. Import taxes and fees and additional charges are your responsibility.
5. If there are any missing/damaged/incorrectly listed issues with the goods you received, please contact OursPets in time.
